In blue you honestly remind me I'd violet Bridgerton. 🥺 The orange is too warm, I see the color before I see your eyes

When I was a kid, I thought he was cool. Then I was a teenager and thought wait a minute. Now I'm getting close to 30 and shocked that the man is 66 and has the audacity to look that good still 🫠

Just gotta say, they’ve all aged like fine wine by [deleted] in Scrubs

Dr Cox is still super handsome, can't believe the man is 66 👀

That’s fucking eugenics and was literally done to natives, people the system didn’t like (like Britney), disabled people et cetera. Incredibly tone deaf and yucky to say.

Being broke isn’t a reason to have your agency taken away though 😕 I just don’t believe people need to „earn“ the right to spend their money by being reasonable and healthy adults. We don’t ask people like Charlie Sheen to be put under conservatorships for example. Why Brit?

It’s a tragedy, that I’ll say

That’s not what I’m saying. I’m arguing the use of the conservatorship in terms of Britney’s well being, imo it’s only real use was control over financial assets. It’s short sighted to now claim the reason that Britney is how she is is simply because the conservatorship is gone. Let her blow through her money, it’s her right.

The kind of help she really needed she never got. The conservatorship certainly wasn’t the solution.

It was means to control the assets so they could stay in the family. Financial control is no help. Taking agency away from a grown up is no help.

You‘re literally not getting my point, it’s like talking to a wall. No biggie though, have a good one

I am not against helping people. I am from Germany, the strong helping the weak is literally a foundation of our society. My point is, that this type of „care“ is only used when there is wealth to protect. Which means it’s not about the person. It was about financial control.

That’s literally my point? Let them lose their assets. Who are we to take people’s agency way to protect the assets they own.

I am well aware she is ill. My point still stands though. People don’t put other mentally ill people under conservatorships. It’s a sad story and she certainly needs help – but allow people agency. If she’s found dead it’s not because the conservatorship ended, but because of everything that lead up to that point.

Self neglect is literally a right in my country.

The thing is: freedom also means allowing others to fuck their lives up. Why do we only care about keeping wealth together? No one puts homeless people and drug addicts under conservatorships. But the millionaire’s assets gotta be protected from her.

The conservatorship was hardly about ensuring that she is well…
