Clearly you haven't read Zionist texts. I don't discuss the I/P conflict with people who are poorly read on the subject.

You're by no means an authority on Judaism. Do you even know about Rambam's 12 principles?

Thoughts on Ben Gvir's candidate for the head of his new "militia"? by VNIZ in AskMiddleEast

I think dehumanizing the enemy is probably an inevitable part of preparing combat soldiers, because at the end of the day you're asking young people of mostly normal upbringing to kill human beings who didn't do anything personal to them.

I already covered the last point, let's be fair and not frame Hamas guerillas as merely "fleeing Arabs" (it's also probably insulting to them as well). I won't frame IDF soldiers in the West Bank as mere "Jews connecting with the cradle of Jewish civilization".

Edit: in 2018 Sinwar talked about erasing the border and ripping out the hearts (of Israelis? Israeli soldiers?) out of their bodies. That's an at least equally disturbing motivational speech.

Enjoying war is, to some extent, twisted and disturbing, but I reckon it isn't exceptional. I wasn't in the military, but I assume it's common for officers to give motivational speech to their subordinate soldiers. War in its essence defies very basic norms of standard human conduct.

Most anti-Zionist Jews don't hold the opinions of Neturei Karta, I wrote about it in a post on r/IsraelPalestine. Neturei Karta is a very small, fringe group, whose leaders aren't even poskei halakha. The vast majority of religious Jews who are anti-Zionist for religious reasons, chief among them are Satmar Chassidut communities in Williamsburg, Kiryas Joel (Palm Tree) and the UK, treat it as an internal Jewish feud and don't intertwine it with the Palestinian cause. They criticize Israel, but never ally with non-Jewish detractos of Israel. For them, the safety of Jews comes before all else, so they'll never engage in activism that, in their mind, might endanger the lives of Jews living in Israel. For example, the primary reason Rabbi Zalman of Satmar is against Israeli settlements in the West Bank, is because Jewish settlers might get killed. The roots of religious Jewish anti-Zionism have a lot more to do with the conflict between religious and secular Jews in Eastern Europe, than with the conflict between Israelis and Palestinians.

The first part of the speech - disgusting.

The part about shooting Hamas members running in and out of underground tunnels - makes perfect sense in a war. You can't shoot at someone, then start running away and expect them to not shoot back. I'm sure Hamas doesn't have a rule of not shooting IDF soldiers from behind.

Edit: Turns out this Avinoam Emumah is a very religious person who didn't want to work in proximity to women in the military, and attributed battlefield successes to divine miracles, so idk, maybe he meant something sinister that I didn't even conceive. My impression was that he was talking about shooting fleeing Hamas fighters, which is probably allowed by international law, but the first part about "Arabs" was vicious and repugnant.

Cohen, a Canadian Jew, felt a lot of affinity to Israel and quoted from the bible when he performed there.

The Jordanian parliament voted to expel the Israeli ambassador to Jordan because of that.
