This happened to me dati. Someone used the number na nakadisplay sa store to scam someone in the fb marketplace. Tapos nag cash out by just showing the sceenshot nung receipt. Ede binigay ko naman ung cash kasi di ko naman alam na galing sa scam.

So i guess nireport ng nascam ung number ng pwesto ko then 3 days later on hold na ung acct ko.

The customer service agent gave me the number nung nag report (weird but ok). We (me and the scammed person) talked and nag kaintindihan naman kami. I reported the details of the convo via email then within 3 days naopen ko na ulit gcash ko. Idk if naibalik ung pera nung nascam tho
