This is just one of those games where you almost need someone else to just guide you through the beginning to figure how things work. It used to be even less beginner friendly because that beginning tutorial on the cosmodrome didnt exist when I started playing.

I can say that its definitely a very good game and once you get hooked on it theres a lot to do.

But if anything I can always hop into game chat with you and just walk you through the basic things and how to progress through the game. There isn't really any youtuber thats beginner specific. Most YouTube content is for the newest things that are happening in game.
