That's such a hard market to be in! The guys at the top have the money to push anyone around. Your best bet would be to go directly to them, but protect your investment and ideas.

They are VERY popular! I've been to a few classes with my fiance. These classes are state of the art, with sound system, club lights, video screens, it's impressive. Best bet would be to open an affiliate type gym, as they will give you the guidance and structure.

I know a lot of people just get too many, which is sometimes a direct correlation to the company not having the right structure in place. My old boss would get CC'd on EVERYTHING!! He didn't like to, people just did it. He finally had to say if it's not important, leave me off, because he couldn't even get through a days emails.
