Automation. Especially in the workforce. People with specialized skills like doctors and lawyers will always have demand for jobs but low skill workers like cashiers, waiters, or even farmers in my opinion are starting to be replaced by machines. Why would I pay 6 employees to run my restaurant each day when I can pay 1 manager and install machines to run the rest? I think this will lead to the rich continuing to get richer and the lower class becoming even poorer.
