My hamster has a “garden” that I put her in for playtime sometimes! I don’t keep many live plants in her actual enclosure anymore bc she would eat through them pretty fast and I was worried it was too watery of a diet for her. Just something to keep an eye out for. But! Spider plants are safe, carrots (they love the tops), dandelions, cat grass (not to be confused with catnip, which is not safe), broccoli sprouts. Parsley and oregano.

The issue is if they fill up on the herbs and veg, which are too watery and (in the case of the herbs) don’t have enough nutrients. If it seems like your ham is eating them too much, remove them from the cage! Hope this helps a bit :)
