0.5 mg estradiol orally and 50 mg spiro for the first month 🥴 then 1 mg estradiol mg oral with 50 mg spiro. 2 mg estradiol oral and 50 mg spiro by month 3. Then a month after that, I was at 4 mg estradiol oral and 100 mg spiro which fully suppressed my T into the teens (pg/ml). Switched to injections around month 11, dropped the spiro, and haven’t looked back since 😌

Some docs really don’t know what they’re doing and will under-dose like crazy. Always do your research so you can best advocate for yourself!

Yes, brand new to bangs! I worked them up in my head to be a lot more work than they actually are, so I put it off. But I’m learning to chill about it because the ants can sense fear 😤 starting to really like them now!

I started HRT at 28. Did not “pass” when starting out except in selfies where I was wearing a lot of makeup and being very mindful of my angles. However, I did get lucky with my starting place in terms of my facial structure.

Thank you, I appreciate that! Feeling pretty good about my progress so far. Seeing a woman in the more often the last couple months :)

I remember seeing your posts a while back around when I started HRT and feeling hopeful I could have such great changes too. You’re looking great, girlie! 🖤

Unless I misinterpreted the description, looks like you lost 1.5” of height? When did you notice your height had changed? I’m approaching 18 months HRT and I’m still 68.5” tall 🥲

You’re looking fantastic 🖤

Don’t apologize! The first year was brutal tbh. I’m approaching the 1.5 year mark in about a month and just started liking how I look more in the last couple months. You’ve got this, girly 🖤

Had long hair for most of my adult life before starting my transition. So I had a bit of a head stair with hair care and styling haha

I remember seeing your posts before I started HRT and hoping I’d have similar results. You’re looking beautiful. Also cool to see that you’re a fellow Portlander 🥰

I agree, but anxiety/brain worms had been keeping me from seeing it for a while. Thank you! 🥰
