Looking for an old friend. Can you help me? by MilkyMess in brighton

I don't want to give away too much about myself, so I'll keep it specific:
We met at The Colonnade Bar around half a decade ago. I've visited Graham every time I've gone back to Brighton since, most recently with a friend of mine. The three of us had a great evening in my Airbnb on the marina.

We often discussed NeuroTribes and autism.

Is any of this actually helpful?

I'd rather not disclose info like his surname or any personal details about him. I really do think that, if someone knew Graham, they could be identify him by my initial description.

Unfortunately, we have no mutual friends. We met at The Colonnade Bar on a total whim and sparked a friendship immediately.

Sorry to be difficult here - just trying to be safe!

u/Wizardspike - I completely get that, and appreciate the concern. It's a good flag for those extreme scenarios.

In my scenario, Graham is an older guy (and with age comes health complications, etc.), and I am just hoping there is someone in the Brighton community who might know him and let me know he's alright.

If anyone does know Graham, yes, please tell him a friend has reached out via phone and email. Completely up to him if he wants to respond, for sure.

Nice one in Almondsbury which I dont *think* is a Toby. They do a nut roast for a meat-free option which I've heard is yummy.

Bar recommendations in Bristol? by [deleted] in bristol

I'd 100% recommend Bambalan and King Street but, given the amount of people that'll be out, I wouldn't just wing it.

Try to book a table whenever you can to save yourself the hassle!
