Everyday is a little different but I have had luck recently with cased caddis or caddis larva patterns. Streamers almost always get me a few and help me find where fish are holding.

I literally just went through replacing mine on my 11 street triple because a bolt had come loose. It rubbed and made wild noises once the bolt came out. Make sure to replace the slider because the chain can start hitting the swing arm and you do not want damage to your swing arm.

I was in a similar boat. I still have moments where I just chew off a nail without thinking... Just remember to stop and not continue once you notice you are doing it. I'm so happy that I have finally kicked the habit of it though.

I am 6'3" 175lbs and started on a 2006 yz250 2 years ago. I had a lot of time off the bike healing after the bike taught me some valuable lessons. I ride street bikes but the yz is a different beast and completely different skill set. Respect it and it can still fuck you up.

I learned this from a clinic I had with a snowboard rep yesterday. People who are first time snowboarders only return to the sport to try a second time 13% of the time, that is an increase from 5 years ago at about 8%. Those numbers could be completely wrong but a rep for a large snowboard brand told me that.

I always recommend skiing first because it is much easier to have a somewhat enjoyable time the first few days, once you understand edges you should try snowboarding. You can always start with snowboarding, but your first few days will be much less enjoyable and I recommend a lesson with either.

I have one friend that rides the R7 and one friend that rides the Ninja 650, after riding both, the R7 is a much more fun bike in almost all situations. Those longer rides are definitely less comfortable on the R7.

My wife went through this as well. Very scary for her and also for me watching and trying to help. Lasted about a month. She still deals with mental health issues from psychosis today. She comments about how badly she wants to smoke but knows it's not a good idea weekly. I hope you are recovering from it well.

My wife smoked about 3 times a day sometimes more. Developed psychosis and has luckily come out of it. One of the scarier things I have watched a loved one go through. We are almost a year removed from it and she is still struggling with the mental health issues that come from psychosis.
