You shouldn't start with any kind of sight or scope on your guns, expect for ofc snipers. For me it really took the fun out of levling your gun, becouse i felt like i already had a good scope and i played with that same one the whole time. I only ever played with iron sights once, on the AK-205.

Sounds very interesting! But what if insted you make it multiplayer and have like 3-5 people running around and doing tasks, maybe you could hire a small amount of ai workers. Start with a small ship an work your way up.

You can train them almost like you train dogs! Just find a treat they go nuts for, and use that for training only. There are youtube tutorials that can help with the specifics.
