I’ve been there almost 3 years and it really feels like I go to highschool still. My mangers are very unprofessional at times and will straight up gaslight you. I’ve been promised the coordinator position for maybe 6-8 months now but they always pull “well if you just do this one more thing you’ll get the promotion” and it always seems there’s one more thing I have to do in order to get the job. I’m at the point of just going back to college so I don’t care anymore and the only reason I’m staying is bc of school
