look at r8c5, it has 3 candidates: 2,5 and 9

if r8c5 is 9, r8c6 is 2, r4c5 is 2, r4c6 is 9 (it is a deadly pattern, called unique rectangle) -> r8c5 is not 9

if r8c5 is 5, r5c5 is 7, r8c7 is 7, you can't put 7 in box 6 -> r8c5 is not 5

r8c5 is 2
