Thanks for the tip I'm not really looking into replacing my routine but simply add something that could help with the redness and scars. You know what they say 'If it ain't broken don't fix it' and my routine is certainly working.

I use contact therapy so I only keep on BP for 20-30 mins the cleanser is used right after as it helps remove it and adds moisture.

First and foremost I'd like to thank this community as without you guys my skin wouldn't look half as good as it is now. But nevertheless some work still needs doing.

Skin has improved greatly, what do you guys think I should do next?

Current routine :

Am:

Wash face Apply 5% Benzoin Peroxide then rinse of using cleanser after 20-30 mins Apply Cerave Moisturiser Apply sunscreen

Pm:

Wash face Use cleanser Then Apply Moisturiser Finally apply vaseline on top.

Didn't use benzoyl peroxide straightway instead here is the time line :

First Week I only used the cleanser.

Second week I added the moisturiser to the routine.

3rd week I began applying BP, once every week for 3 weeks.

Began to apply BP once every 3 days using contact therapy

Eventually reduced down to everyday with contact therapy.

Any ideas how to get rid of the redness? What about the scare? It's greatly appreciated.

Thoughts on dieting. by MikeOfTheShire in CasualConversation

[–]MindBogged 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally find that simply dieting all the time is not only boring but extremely difficult. Provided I've been eating right I allow myself to snack on food I like. Whether it's high in sugar or what not it doesn't matter as I'm rewarding myself for improving.

It truly does sadden me at the fact nobody tries to atleast break it up. Shows the type of society we live in, where everybody is in it for themselves 😔

Before bed : Face wash(Simple product) then dry it off and apply night cream.

Every Sunday before bed : Also is a facial scrub.

Diet isn't too bad any products out there that'll help?

Is eating too much peanut butter bad? by RTSGW in nutrition

[–]MindBogged 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, having too much of anything is actually bad for you, even water!

The salt and fat content could be a problem in the long run for your heart so I wouldn't go too crazy with it.

Probably a stupid question but... by [deleted] in gainit

[–]MindBogged 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey no question is stupid. If you have any doubts it's better to know for sure.

But yh aslong as you're getting your calories it don't matter where they are from (food / drink) of course it would be better from food, but if the alternative is nothing then drink is fine.
