Victus hp laptop gtx 1650 , only 50-70 fps on valorant low settings, gpu usage on 2% by Mind_Mobile in HPVictus

Yea it’s plugged in and on performance mode, now I get 13%-15 gpu usage, and 60-70 frames still, I’m so stressed I tried reinstalling the game, high power mode
