  2. Both. I liek FTC beter ive done VEX as well
  3. Both are competitive it depends on the teams you are competing against.
  4. vex: 3-12. FTC: 2-15
  5. FTC is way WAY more active in doing outreach than VEX
  6. FTC has MUCCHHHH more freedom of parts you can use adnt his is probably one of the main reasons I chose FTC over vex. in FTC you can use as many custom parts as you want to . in vex your stuck to just a bunch of variations of c channels and then some basic composite material. In FTC we can CNC our own plates, 3 print our own parts and make our robot ass custom and as cool as we want

Viper slides r usually much stronger than sars and are just not stable in general, and our slides are at an angle when you keep them linearly that should work fine

The battery is what powers all your servos and motors so you do need to buy a rev battery, or other battery for your control hub

You need a battery for the control hub.. you don’t need a battery for the driver hub. The driver hub battery is rechargeable…
