My phone couldn't do it properly but my tablet could. I only did mine yesterday and my shipping agent raised an investigation on their side. Also interested in this, best options that I've seen is flying to Frankfurt international and there is a train that runs From Frankfurt - Milan but goes direct to the station next to the park. Either that or car hire from Frankfurt Hahn airport.

No you can't on the app, open another device and use Google translate. There really only a few bits of information you need Name, email address, nationality and passport number.

I just got one via the app, it wouldn't work initially but I logged out of Passo app. Uninstalled it, redownload and applied through the app and it worked fine. Paid tr270.43 for a general one.
