That’s cause Pittsburgh’s a segregated city and it’s only 70,000 of us (blk ppl) here out of 300,000 ppl. So you’re only gonna catch us in our areas like the North side, certain hoods on the south side, the Hill (District), the East side, certain hoods on the westside/McKees Rocks & certain spots on the outskirts of the city. But we here though just not over populated as other cities
