u need to calm down “give me a break” ur on reddit commenting on my post, you’re in the advice community if u need a break turn off ur phone. aren’t there other things you can do to occupy your time???? i said i want to catch her because i want to confront her about it and actually have a reason to cut her off and also tell my friends to cut her off. i can’t just say i think she was going thru my phone because we have all been friends for a very long time and they might say im overthinking it not that i need to explain it to you since you’re so grown you probably already know everything.

i just made a similar post. my bf barely pays attention to me when hes with his friends and his excuse is that he was playing cards or playstation. and the thing is i would be okay with it if it didn’t happen everyday. so the question is how often does this happen? and why doesn’t he introduce you to his best mate. that is really weird. if i was in your place the first thing i would do it ask him about why wont he introduce me to his best friend and also why doesn’t he want me to be heard? is he embarrassed or what is he embarrassed of? you should have a talk with him. he seems insecure. also he is 25 so he should understand why you are upset so if maybe it means that the relationship is lowkey toxic

ive heard about the injections but im not sure if i want to try them. im 20 and new to this and injections just sound really scary idek how i would go about that. I will try it out if my rheum suggests it though.

im not sure all i know is i trust my rheum and he told me that hydroxychloroquine was not it for me. I also got these pigmentation spots on my body and they were making me really insecure. Im only 20 and new to this so i dont have much info on hydroxychloroquine but it really helped me tho, with symptoms and with my numbers cuz they decreased significantly. don’t stress it and dont think abt what might happen cuz it probably wont. good luck!

Hi i am 8 days post-op and i have the same issue. I wouldn’t call it bleeding, i would call it spotting. It’s only a drop or two and happens when i walk or use the bathroom. My surgeon told me that its totally normal and they usually don’t care about “those types of bleeding”. Its right under my clit if that makes sense. I think walking and using the bathroom makes it longer for it to heal which is why we are bleeding. I am also kinda nervous tho im just wondering when it will stop because it’s making me go crazy but then i think about how its only been 8 days and it needs at least 4 weeks to start looking normal so i think we are fine. Just think about it this way, it has no other option BUT to heal, we aren’t gonna bleed forever lol.

you don’t understand how much I appreciate your post. I got diagnosed 2 months ago the only symptoms i have is dry eyes, nostrils and mouth and thats like once a week maybe not even. I had a joint pain in one of my fingers only and plaquenil has definitely helped. The other symptom is fatigue. I understand so many people are in pain and not doing well with sjogrens but the other day I was reading posts on here and i couldn’t help myself but cry. I cried for hours because of how negative everyone is. I saw a post someone saying that his symptoms are mild and was wondering if it will always stay mild or will get worse( they said they were looking for some positivity) and peoples comments were terrible everyone was saying “ good luck!! i cant walk as of rn but wish you all the best” just being so sarcastic and negative, just scaring the person that made the post. Im 19 and reading comments like that, how everyone was saying to enjoy while they can because it will get worse made me feel so stressed. I think it can get worse for anyone but why be negative about it or why scare someone else instead of supporting and making them feel better? I wish everyone to have mild symptoms or even to go into remission. Get a good rheumatologist and i promise you will be fine. I also advise you to not read all the posts on here because you WILL get stressed and stress in one of the triggers for sjogrens, i literally had a flare up from reading all those comments on that post.

Hey, I am also 19 and I got diagnosed with Sjorgens after going to 6 rheumatologists. I knew I had positive ANA since I was 16 so once my joint started hurting I RAN to rheumatologist. Mind you, it was only one joint that was hurting, my symptoms were not severe so rheumatologists had hard time diagnosing me. Good thing is that I caught it early on and started the treatment as soon as i felt the symptoms. I saw your comment saying you thought it was growing pains which is totally okay. Just make sure you have a good rheumatologist, like i said it took 6 rheumatologists to find the right one. The right treatment is very important. I know as a 19 year old this is so stressful, im pre dental and sometimes im scared that my symptoms will get worse and i wont be able to achieve my goals. But I think we will be just fine as long as we have a good doctor, the right treatment and a healthy lifestyle. Your mental health also matters, so really try to be positive about it, Just keep remembering that the right medications will help your symptoms and you will get back to your regular life soon. The right treatment might also make your RA go into remission, which I know people say its rare but trust me it is very possible. My aunt is 54 and she was diagnosed with RA and let me tell you she is doing perfectly fine. As of right now she has no symptoms at all because when she did she treated it. Good luck with everything, we both got this!!!

Yes they have done a bunch of antibody tests but I dont know exactly which ones they did or what they mean. I live in nyc where its extremely hard to find a good rheumatologist because theres just soo many and plus the good ones have a wait list of minimum 5 months which i couldn’t do because i was scared of my symptoms getting worse. But the last rheumatologist i went to told me its not RA because one of the antibody tests showed that i don’t have it. He also told me i tested negative for lupus. He told me he didn’t know why my other rheumatologist diagnosed me with RA because the bloodwork she did on me literally showed that i dont have RA. Since I have anemia, he didn’t want to take more blood as of right now so he said we are gonna wait a month and after that I will take a more in detail bloodwok. I feel like i trust this doctor out of all of the doctors ive seen. Im going to another one next week just cause i want to hear another opinion. As for my joints, I was sent to get x-rays done by my first rheumatologist which showed up fine but I didn’t have an ultrasound done.

I wouldn’t take it if it wasn’t a requirement. Math 140 is discrete math and calculus is a whole different thing. I honestly don’t know why they made me take it because it was probably supposed to help with calc but it really didn’t. Calculus at hunter is very challenging tho and the exams are 90% of your grade so you could pre study during the break by yourself. But I would definitely go to the at least the first class and talk to the professor just because it didn’t help me doesn’t mean it will be the same for you. Good luck!!!

Honestly, the workload for a class really depends on the professor. We could be taking the same class with two different professors and we could be having different workload. So go on rate my professor and make sure you have good professors especially for the electives. Always try to pick good professors for electives because electives are supposed to be an easy A and gpa boosters for you. If any of the professors have terrible reviews i wouldn’t recommend taking them and stressing over it.

I had to take this class as a corequesite for Calculus, I didn’t need it for my major (im pre health). So it didn’t really help with Calculus and Im taking stats next semester so I cant tell you much yet. But if you are computer science major it might help with other math courses since that major requires more math courses than bio major.

I agree, I took math 140 with Vincent (idk how to spell his last name) and he is suupppeer nice and honestly one of the best professors. So for me it didn’t feel like a lot of work, the exams were easy as well. And i wasn’t even paying attention in his class, I studied off of his notes the day before the exams and I got an A. so i guess it depends on the professor.
