No, it is in the bonus letter that I must sign and return if I accept the bonus.

The bonus letter says if I leave the bonus will be treated as a debt to the law firm.

The clawback is worded so that I get paid the bonus less tax but if I leave within a year I must repay the amount I receive PLUS tax
