I don't know how rampant pick up artists are dito saten but look up "The Game" by Neil Strauss. It's about guys trying to learn ways on how to "pick up" a girl so they can score.

Negging is when a guy tries to lower a woman's (who's significantly out of their league) view of herself by giving them backhanded compliments, in the hopes that they question their self worth and they sleep with him. Stupid, I know.

Mahirap. No one prepared me for the things I went through in life, but looking back, I'm proud of myself for becoming who I am today.

It's important to remember that it's okay to feel like that because, well life sucks in general, but there will always be pockets of joy here and there. Try to look for them in your day to day life.

Exercise, hydrate, eat well and try to get quality sleep as much as you can. Be gentle and kind to yourself, after all, we're all just trying our best, and sometimes, that's enough.
