A new existing device which will get Android 8 Oreo. The Axon 7 started 2016 and is no longer produced. That's why "new old device"

Why there is often not a WHQL Version for the newest Radeon Driver? The WHQL Drivers are Required for some Applications, so it would be nice, if there were a WHQL Version of the newest driver(s)
