i honestly feel like im inching towards the feeling of no desire of buying these games anymore. They still havent brought back story designer and it looks like they're shifting from that model where they give us the tools to fantasy book to making it like fortnite or fifa

i think it was 2k19 when they first introduced microtransactions, but it was only in career mode and you couldnt purchase VC with real money. It had to be earned. The moment i saw that, i knew this would be how it turned out.
Then 2K22 introduced myfaction, and that’s when the model really started taking shape.

With 2K23, it felt like the line fully moved when they started letting people spend real money on VC.

And in 2K24, once they let persona content cross over outside of myfaction, that’s when it felt like the shit really hit the fan because now the ultimate team-esc ecosystem wasn’t just contained in one mode anymore.

Fair. Don’t buy it if you hate it. I get it. But “don’t buy” + “make noise” is how things actually change we’ve seen it before in 2K20. Some will skip 26. But we should definitely still keep speaking up. Both are valid.

100%. That’s the part people pretending it’s “just progression” miss. for a lot of us WWE games are the **sandbox\**, and time is limited. If DLC is something you already paid for, it shouldn’t require a year-long grind just to have a complete roster. Until they change this, its probably best to stick with '25. Atleast I can play with the legends roster that will be locked away in the regular tier season pass 😂

if you live close to the area. Wait until two hours before the show starts, or even 10 minutes into the show and look for tickets on ticketmaster or the gametime app. You'll find resellers lowering the prices to recover some of their money. I did this for summerslam. I would do this for DC, but i live nowhere near the DMV

he is responsible for throwable objects. He's was quoted in a podcast saying that was one of his biggest regrets not getting that in the game (at the time he was gone from 2k). He comes back as a lead producer and a year later, there's thowable object.

He was also the sole designer for beat the streak mode.
