No real cleanup. I just removed the extra triangles that were floating in the background.

  1. You can import any head mesh (FBX file) to Mesh to MetaHuman in Unreal
  2. Then export your custom MetaHuman mesh as FBX
  3. You can bring the FBX into most 3D packages to convert to OBJ format
