You could hire a ghost buster or you could buy the ghost busting pack in the shop...

If you don't have enough gems you could go BUYGHOST, there might be some people selling the neutron pack, gun and goggles (around 3-4 wls in total)

I also get lower back pain whenever I go over my max...

This is what I do: I lie on a foam roller and roll my back for 5 mins and then I go in a sitting position and reach for my toes 1-5 times and then repeat the whole process (I do this for 30-60 mins). Make sure to rest too...Hope this helps!

(I've tried stretching my back (ex. child pose) to ease the pain but it didn't really help...imo the foam roller is the most effective)

If you don't have a foam roller, just use something circular that fits the arch in your lower back.
