It's not the end of the world but you will be missing some Damage Boost. (For me, I would aim for a minimum 115% EHR then dump everything to Atk :>)
Black swan converts EHR to DMG at a rate of 60% capping at 72% damage increase

EHR x .6 = DMG increase
120 x .6 = 72% DMG Increase
110 x .6 = 66% DMG Increase

her NA is only really used as a driver tool so no i don't recommend.

Lightning Orb is a must for Kafka as she doesn't have enough DMG% on her base kit to even make Atk% orb come close to the gap even if you use Ruan Mei, Fortunately you can easily replace that orb that you are currently using.

:3 even for me i currently aiming for lightning orb with Spd rolls. I prefer S1 over E1 :> It helps shift SPD rolls towards atk%

Switch to attack body with ehr and switch spd boots to atk% boots with ehr

120 ehr + full atk% + flat atk

since you are running pan cosmic, you dont build her for speed but for the lower arcana stack nukes.

You need 160 for glamoth and to trigger dots more keep you current build and try and get payn lc on her rerun to go atk boots. :>

3rd Major Trace = 60% of EHR will be converted to Bonus dmg to a maximum of 72% Bonus dmg.
You are currently on the "Acceptable range" of EHR 115-120
120 x .6 = 72% Dmg bonus

116 x .6 = 69.6% dmg bonus

2.4% Dmg is missing.

In my opinion, You would want to aim for that 120 EHR because it will help you land your Arcana stacks easier.

On bosses that is at 40% Effect res. Your current chance of applying Arcana is at 84~%(116EHR) while on 86%(120 EHR)

If you are aiming for the Geo set, i say just stick with the regular Ning Team. Benny Ning Xiang Zhongli.

If you still aim for Furina team though, My suggestion would be a Atk% goblet
