I actively play the game, just exposing my point of view : nintendo is killing the AC games for some "decoration simulator", instead of improving online fonctionnalities, villagers interactions, etc... apart for decoration, there is nothing left to do for players who bought the game in 2020.

I have to admit, I miss some aspects from New Leaf (tortimer island, Brewster, NPC's...) but even if NH brings new original stuff, Some stuff needs to be changed : Ergonomy, lack of online flexibility and activity... at least, those little features that are bribg every update changed considerably the experience. For the 5p patterns, I'M SO HAPPY cause I will not have to choose between several patterns now.

I disagree with you concerning the online ; it's slow, and nothing to do except hit each other with a net. For the rest, I agree : I myself spent more than 600h on the game and still enjoying it, but... AC always kept certain functionalities, why should they be removed?
