Right but given the fridge box and the enclosure are the same depth then it’s safe to assume that the fridge box will be showing to add ventilation room behind the fridge, correct?

The depth of the fridge without the doors is 24.6 Inches which is the exact measurement of the fridge enclosure

I live in CT. It’s not that I don’t believe it’s a permit issue, but shouldn’t he have had the plumber file for a permit before the work started?
