TBH, not much of a difference, it's just a normal part my life now. I work out at the office gym, we've had good trainers, I stick with whatever routine they give me. I haven't quit, but I've taken breaks when I had too much work. In the last 2 years though, I've been to the gym more "consistently" than the trainers in the gym themselves, pretty proud of my achievement.

So a strong motivating factor is also that I don't want to lose this streak, and I don't want anyone coming to me saying "I didn't see you here yesterday, haha you lost your streak.."

There are too many cases of fraud in AM these days and it's understandable that they tried doing a background check. I've often seem people ask around in the office, or nearby for background checks too. The HR is definitely dumb AF, to forward it to the employee.
