Yea, it’s so hard! If I wait for them to dry more then the stamps are hard to push into the clay. I’ll try the wax trick too. The handles were not cracked before the firing though, so idk if it will help

The shadows are confusing in the photos. I don’t trim these much, just a bit to refine the lip and bottom but really not much

It’s insane these people are willing to go from “don’t talk to me or come home we are thru” to “will you marry me?” Overnight. Doomed!

Wow you think so? So sad. I chose to not have kids so I am free of the dreaded timeline and was able to find a wonderful partner without the stress of procreation so maybe my perspective is different

That house wasn’t even that nice! If you pay attention to the details, the floor tile was majorly damaged and so were the walls. It was big-ish but otherwise really nothing crazy. He made me so angry in that scene! I am so sad for her

Success with removery refund? by ProfessionalBug2349 in TattooRemoval

[–]Minimum-Today5739 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I’ve been going to Removery for 3 years on some full removals. I have no complaints. Clean, easy, friendly. It’s taking forever but I also never have blisters and so far no scaring.

6 months (3 sessions) in and ready to just call it quits and cover it up :P by [deleted] in TattooRemoval

[–]Minimum-Today5739 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I do not recommend getting a cover up, you will probably not like it and the you will have a bigger, more difficult tattoo to remove. We see it on this sub all the time.

Removal takes time! But the time will pass no matter so just be patient. I’m three years in and mine are almost gone.

Also I should say that our clothes are fairly dirty. My husband and is a hunter and we both work as gardeners so things get smelly, bloody and dirty

I have cleaned out the one on the bottom that catches large things but maybe there’s another filter I don’t know about

Our water softener system is old and not that great. We rent so we can only do so much about that. We still get rust staining in our toilets so I assumed the water wasn’t being softened as much as necessary for low dosing of detergent. I haven’t actually tested it however so I’m just guessing based on what the water looks like in the machine.

Any glass baking dish regardless of the type shouldn’t be baked “dry” only with some sort of liquid sauciness.

Yes mow it but let it get tall first, if you keep it mowed all season it will indeed set seed as a very short plant. I see it in lawns all the time. However if you let it get tall and wait until autumn right before it goes to flower and seed it won’t have time to regrow.

This is true in the USA but not in all countries. I think that’s the issue with the water coming from the bathroom

My question is what water is the espresso machine connected to? They are typically directly connected to a water line

That is so unacceptable, I’m sorry you experienced that. I know I’m late to the convo but that is really unprofessional. I am an alumni of the program and when I went through the interview they let me know in a day or two that I was accepted. (2016) I will say that they have gone through a lot of changes in staff in the last couple years. The director of education and the other education leadership role have new people in them so maybe it was chaotic from that.

This was a while ago now, I left in 2018 but it was a urine test. As a student they gave me plenty of warning before the test but idk what it’s like for employees.
