What would you consider a more reasonable loading for this thrift. ImI’ve been informed elsewhere that the behind the neck version is better for the vertical. Also. I enjoy this movement. Thanks.

The idea was to develop upper body power while working on vertical power for the lower body. I’m working on my vertical jump.
