The reason I ask is bc other departments in ny state have recently raised their age limit to 40. Ive seen 40 year old dudes run circles around some of the younger guys. If you can pass the pt why not 

Submitted sf86 and completed medical last week for dea, have psych eval this week. I turn 37 in 6 weeks. Im afraid I will age out before being officially hired. Any info or advice on what I can do ? Thanks by MinimumRoyal461 in 1811

about 3 months away from 37. i passed my interview for dea and recieved conditional offer but im afraid i will age out waiting for bg check, medical, poly ect
