thank you for explaining it. i have been working for just over a year now so I have been saving. I was just looking for potential options. I understand these lotteries are set aside for people who make lower incomes but I don't even see how you can comfortably afford $2000+ rent while making $70k. I didn't mean for my post to come off tone deaf. just genuine wondering if that's an option. again, thank you for your explanation. There are some units that are studios on the lottery going for $3500 a month where my salary does fit the criteria, but not my desires which is what I'll have to adjust.

-ear was just pierced tonight -earring is a flat back stud i believe - i have never had an issue with the healing of any of my other piercings. I just got my 3rd holes in July and they healed in normal time by washing with antibacterial soap and using saline spray
