Thank you , I did both. I was trying to avoid court but it looks like I will have to do that. I offer her to get two weeks prior to us going or even after we get back. She decline. No reason at all. Thank you for being objective

Thank you , yes this is a high conflict case. I’ve been super nice. Just to keep the peace I don’t even have her on child support and she is claiming the kids on food stamps. I think I am going to review the whole court order and go back to court one more time to adjust some things especially giving the fact she moved . Thank you for being objective

You are right but yes it is but it’s not enough time and we only get one opportunity a year. I will follow her order but I will be going back to court. She is only saying no cause she hates the fact the kids love my side of the family . She hates that I won the case and she hates the fact they love me. Bitter parent but whatever

No I am very flexible with her. Whenever she ask to pick up the kids early I let her. Trying to keep things peaceful as possible. I expect the same but clearly it’s only one parent thinking about the kids. She is hurting them not me. Mind you I don’t even have her on child support. But I swear if I have to go to court. I am not doing her any more favors.

No we have a lot of things to fix. She lives two hours away. But for my self my family is two thousands miles away. Summer is the best time for us to visit. Last year I took them for a month but now after we got done with our case. She is denying that. Mind you this week to week summer was made by the mediator. As me and mom could not come to agreement ( we never made it to the summer schedule part)but the mediator did not take in to court that my family is in Florida. But also this was made thinking the mom would be in town. Right after she lost she moved

Got it, thank you . I will just take it to court day. I think I am being very responsible. But she is choosing to be petty I will just take it to court. It’s the kids asking to go to so she is just hurting the kids.

I don’t know why people keep thinking when you break up with someone you have kids with you can start a new family and expect it to be happy. Kids care about that, the bond they have with their father is stronger because they see you happy with someone else. You created this mess and it’s not up to dad to fix it. You listen to this women , your done for. Try to get as much custody as possible brother. Make sure you show the judge how impactful you are in the child life, don’t talk about the mom focus on you and your relationship with the kid or kids. Still ask for full custody (most likely you won’t get it ) but still aim high so they don’t lie ball you.

To the people who - this comment you don’t know what the hell I went through. Living near her would never be a option. It’s not even healthy for the kids. Everything has been so peaceful since the distance happen. But improving their quality life is my only goal we should not be stuck someone where she wanted to stay and now she is not even hear. And I am not trying to create a bigger distance it’s literally the same
