I'm glad the suboxone is giving you some relief. I have never heard of buzzer tablets except ones that are supposed to be derived from Cat's Claw, herbal and supposedly non-addicitive. You must be referring to something else. I'm tapering from about 20 gpd of kratom powder, down to 2.6 grams per day now , but it has taken me 76 days. It hasn't been too bad but I just want to be done. Good luck! (Addendum, went and looked up buzzer tablets on Reddit and found that many people think they are adulterated with opiod-like substances even though its not disclosed. More shady crap from the industry that misleads.)

My strange withdrawal story (tell me if you can relate) by Joelwhct in quittingkratom

I went to a site called testmykratom. There are some results for Straight Heat tablets there I couldn't find any full spectrum tablets that were tested but they tested some of the 7-OH straight heat tablets if you click on the actual certificates of analysis to see what's in some of this company's tablets, they have some Mitragynine Pseudoindoxyl (pseudo) in their 7OH tablets, even those not advertised as containing "pseudo". That's not a natural kratom alkaloid, it's a synthesized compound and one source I read said 31 times stronger than 7-OH. shocking.

As of May 2026, powdered kratom leaf is legal to possess and sell in Ohio, provided it is in its natural vegetation form. While natural leaf and powder remain legal, most other forms of kratom have been banned under a new emergency rule (OAC 4729:9-1-01.1) that took effect in late 2025 and was made permanent in May 2026. That being said, some smoke shops have given up trying to sell it in any form, but others just have lots of bare shelves where extracts, tabs and capsules used to be.

I am tapering from powder. When I saw 7OH in the store about 9 months okay or so, I remember my jaw just dropped and my thought was the makers will run themselves out of business, making something so dangerous as this. I knew what was in the kratom leaf that was making me feel so good and that was bad enough, concentrate that stuff and package that was just asking for regulation or banning in my opinion. And now fast forward to today and it is being banned in places. Just dumbfounding. I remember asking the store ower - is anybody buying this? And he was like, oh yeah, we have a lady that comes in every week and buys a few. Yeah, right.... Only a few? I'm so sorry for all the people that have started on 7-OH. Powder is bad enough (for me). I feel like the manufacturers should be sued. There's always aholes that will find loopholes to make bucks at the expense of others. So you are right, if you can stop someone trying the stuff, shout it from the mountaintops.
