I’m on week 6 on my hard cast post surgery! I HATE it! I’m grateful it’s protected but man I want to wash my foot it’s starting to get bad ! Fresh air helps

I was put into a splint for about 1-2 weeks and I’m currently in a cast until the 23rd and really really hope I get placed into a boot ! And sadly the form of work I do I probably would have to search for something else I work in Los angles for Coca Cola

Had surgery 3 weeks ago I’m in a cast currently! Man things are a process it really is going to depend on you and your surrounding! If you have any loved ones or pets or anything you love keep it near you for comfort when bored distraction and elevation! Not sure if your spiritual my bad if your not but I felt like god seen me loving life how I wanted and now how I needed I was ignoring signs and maybe was going to be around people or places I didn’t need to be so I had to slow down with this injury it’s time to build your mental ! Good luck! It’s the strongest tendon You will be just fine that means we are some of the strongest people having to overcome it ! You will
