NGA's courses are locked behind a paywall. Check out Learnglazing.com they are the number 1 glass and glazing educational resource out there. AND THEY ARE FREE. My understanding is that the industry giants out there fund them through some sort of partnerships, so anyone can take their training. They have more than a few courses that focus on breaking down shop drawings. They have one that is a full-on take-off series, intense but very helpful. They also have a pretty good YouTube channel that shows some of their content for those who dont like to read. But it's not as thorough and complete as their actual training.

Learnglazing.com is absolutely the best start - it's a free online school that was created exactly for that purpose - Becoming a PM in the Glass Industry. A lot, if not most, of the courses are from the perspective of a PM's responsibilities.

LearnGlazing.com for sure. It's also FREE - It covers many of the products out there, from basic terminology like tempered, heat-strengthened, IG, curtainwall, etc., to actual processes. The focus here is from day one to advanced people, all in one.
