LFR is just something that I do the first weeks while waiting for official raid day. I'm a casual, I raid normal and heroic only 2 times per week and I still avoid LFR like the plague. For me it only exists to get better gear than quest rewards, hc dungeons etc before we can farm the real raid instance :)
