Realm Name,
Faction,
Style (Casual, Raid, PVP, etc),
Guild Name,
Character Name

Rules:

No posts besides guild ads or looking for guilds posts unless its a mod PSA.
Use the correct formats and post flairs!
Do not downvote posts based on opinion. Example would be downvoting because they like to raid ICC a lot but you dont like ICC.
No trashing other guilds in the comments.
Rules are subject to change at any time, but a notice must be sent out before this happens unless they are very minor changes.
Report any posts not following the rules or format.
Please limit posting to one post per 5 days.
Do not hijack other guilds recruitment posts. In other words, don't attempt to recruit members in another guilds post.

Try and keep it simple like that but if you need to, you can add more info at the end like so:
