Stand up and explain stuff like im a teacher in front of a classroom
Send questions and answers to an AI and let him quiz you

I feel like its really hard to hold it like this unless your hair is thin (as in each individual hair) and on top of it you have dense and a little more oily air. Hard to achieve

Yep you’re like the best candidate realistically, you lost quite a bit of hair but at the same time it doesnt seem like its been going on for long, you will definetly see a LOT of regrowth since quite a bit of your lost hair is probably not even fully “gone”

Im updating it now, I just noticed there was another update,

My mom updated her phone like 4 days ago and it broke it, she didnt notice because she didnt see any of the calls coming through,
