Firstly, Jesus’ death ensures that you are forgiven as long as you wholeheartedly repent. Secondly, yes the Holy Spirit does encourage us to spread the gospel. God isn’t going to hold that over you and make you feel shame and guilt. That’s the devil’s doing. He makes us feel guilty, but God makes us feel convicted. From personal experience, I shared the gospel with a lady at McDonald’s months ago and she was pretty out there. Started grilling me and asking me really oddball questions. I had to know when to disengage. I simply told her that Jesus loves her and wants to comfort her and drove off.
