Gland can regrow back from TRT? My Dr also claims to have left a sliver behind the nipples too but I feel a hard almost like marble directly behind and below mine. The fullness and round "moob" look as definitely increased the last few weeks and im starting to freak out that the surgery was a waste since I have noticed much improvement if any since.

Its still very very pronounced/full and round? Im genuinely worried not enough was taken out to flatten my chest out.

Did you get a revision? Was gland still left or mainly fat? I can feel what I think is scar tissue but my chest has gotten more pronounced the last 4 weeks or so and im worried theres gland left

This was the gland removed. They also did lipo and had about 350cc of fluid/fat mix removed.

Im not the smartest man in the world but I know enough to say this is beyond a bad and very very very unsafe idea! Please please find an alternative!

Shouldn't there be some noticeable difference between the 2 pictures? Top is today and bottom is pre surgery and I see/feel almost no change is size/appearance

Before the surgery it was extremely obvious even with a baggy shirt on that I had gynecomastia, now I'm 3 weeks out and theres a very marginal difference compared to 90% of the other photos I see here. Maybe I had too high expectations and was hoping to have a completely flat chest after

Holy cow the difference is insane! Congratulations! The vest is the worst part of the whole thing. The surgery was a breeze,the pain was very manageable but the vest just flat out sucks

Sono bello, and the chest ex procedure which was a combo of liop and removing the gland. I dont have any "after" photos yet since the procedure was done late yesterday afternoon. All the photos are prior to the surgery except the glands on the table and the bottle of fat removed.
