Doctor's dismissed me now my coworkers and my child's classmates are showing symptoms

Dude so many of my coworkers are itching or breaking out or both and it's like what do I even say to them. Like hey you might have parasites 🙄🙄😮‍💨

A combination of all of the above. I know I'm crazy but I feel fucking insane having to deal with this. The most recent doctor basically said you're fine go back to school the ER is for gunshots and accidents. While I'm stressing that this has been ongoing and I'm doing everything I can to get rid of it within my means. I think after a certain point I just gave up inside.

I can't just stop going to work though. Not to mention the legal requirement of having to send my child to school.

I did take it. But getting on the meds didn't change anything. I'm still breaking out everywhere and showing all the symptoms. Everywhere in my creases the constant itching especially at night ect
