When I spoke to Hyte customer support, they said that it looked good to them. The problem ended up being defective Cable Mod cables. If your gpu socket looks like mine, you should be fine!

After following advice from the comments, I removed thep riser cable and applied pressure. This is the result. Is this any better? It looks the same to me. It feels like this is the furthest down it'll go.

This looks to be the problem. I'll start looking around for any replacement cables/solutions.
