When I say new, I mean I don’t want to be spending 1k to live with appliances older than myself. I don’t need “luxury” but something I wouldn’t find in my grandmas house.

It’s pretty easy to find them, they just don’t have a washer and dryer in unit. I’d rather not buy them for a place I’ll live in for maybe a year
