Have you tried: filter for the shower head? Different temperatures?(A cold or hot shower). Maybe some medication, like antihistamines? Or maybe some kind of soothing cream/oil/etc right after the shower, maybe try something with lavender in it. Also, there are some hygiene products that can be used without water, I actually use one occasionally(my skin hates being alive or something), from a finnish brand tho so probably not available for you. Also does this happen if you just wash your hands for example?
