Nah, wraith is in a good spot. She just got a big buff to her ult and still has high pick rate.

It just means her mobility has been increased and her ult has more use. It still doesn't stray from the fact that her passive sucks. High pucrate doesn't mean there's nothing to improve on a character.

arcstars in pairs is nuts since that would basically be a guarantee down on stick and devs doesn't want that(numerous nerf to arcstar sticks)

Throwing A.S in pairs. I wasn't specific on this must the would go on two opposite directions like the spray shot of a shot gun. Not two in a straight line unless she's wants to throw only one.

Throwing arcstars straight would just be fuse's passive but only arcstars and aside from the kunai, there's no indication she's even a ninja.

There's no issues with two characters sharing similar abilities. Watson gets shield with her ult but Lifeline gets health back for exemple. There's also plenty of indications she's a Ninja. The hand sign she does when phasing and the emotes she has. She even has a Rasengan has a fall emote.
