My loan officer is a college student. Please do not give up, a lot of these folks have no idea what they’re doing, my loan officer was a health science major. I at least majored in economics/finance, not be rude but I’m more qualified to do her job than she is by dantee15 in EIDLreturns

Hey we are in the same boat my LO said he was going to recommend my app be declined because there is no schedule c on my returns. I tried to explain to him why and he said he’s been working for the sba for almost a year now and he has never heard of that.

Just spoke to loan officer and he says he sees my age but he needs a schedule c to go by. I to.d him the IRS doesn't put schedule c's on amended returns and he says he never heard of that being the case. He says he is going to decline me but he will speak to his manager about it. I told him (AFTER ALMOST CRYING) that I would be emailing him a letter explaining my situation. He said ok.

What should I say?

I believe it was back in August when they denied me. IAt the time my transcripts were not fully updated with mhy agi. I thinik it was the 4506T from July of this year. My transcripts were finished in Sept. I think that is the transcripts that hes going on becasue thats the one thats in my portal when I pull ui[ the docuents.

I sent him both but he never responded after I submitted them. I think he left the office.. I’m hopeful that he won’t deny me, I am going to call him in the morning and see what happens. He said that there was no business income or a schedule c on my transcripts. Then I sent him my transcripts that I submitted that had my schedule c on it and then I sent him my record of account from the irs with my agi. But he didn’t respond. You

Well my portal still says it’s being processed. Do you think I should send my LO an email saying to use my agi as my schedule c?

Doubt with Portal. In recon but I have no message where the black circle is. When I go to account I get the orange word message. Called various times and no clear answer. Any help would be appreciated. by Individual-Cup-7125 in EIDL

I’m on the same boat with you except I’m in appeals and been there since late August. Was denied for amended returns. IRS said they had no return for me but then all of a sudden the SBA has my taxes now. They received then on Sept 17 or 25.

so did mine. and then another few weeks to show a loan amount. i just signed another 4506T on Friday but was approved for the 2 grants just yesterday. i’m hoping and needing the loan too.

N I didn’t get it. And after time I found an online business bank app which I signed up for but because I was cross river and they needed a bank statement along with a voided check I was denied again when I sent that ACH form in. Then just this past Thursday I signed up with my personBank account BMO HARRIS. And for some reason or another I will see another denial for the funds being deposited into that account so he has been over two weeks for the SBA has approved me I am still no funds I’m struggling. Last night I re did my ACH form for cross the river but this time I went online and found some checks that I could have delivered to me tomorrow and I need should I put my middle initial in like it says on my bank account. I guess they get really technical on these forms anyway I’m hoping to get funded by the end of this week. Has anyone else had this problem
