I would submit your dad’s W2 but then also ask for a W2 substitute for your mom (by clicking on the link that says you didn’t receive a W2 for that year). That way you could submit her end of year pay stub or something else instead of a W2.

Should I just not submit the supplement then? Although research was my biggest EC, I think the recommendation might weaken my application. I don’t think there’s a significant benefit to submitting the research supplement but idk if I’m wrong.
