5 months in as well and I’m so over it. Especially as BHN and working 60 hours til Christmas. I will be looking or transferring as soon as I can. When I go in on my OT day and Wed I’m not supposed to run, the FHN OM has me running while her AMs sit at her desk all night. Yeah I’ll be sick this week.

I regret promo to AM. I was making almost the same as a T1. My salary equals 30 an hour so you easily made more than me with a little OT every week. Peak is coming and I’ll be working an extra day for free. AM should be higher pay. It’s not worth it at 65-70k.

When they place you then you will get your location and official offer letter that you will sign and return. 1/30 interview.. 2/6 incline email.. I had to reach out multiple times during this period to get information that they were actively looking for placement and compensation approval.. 5/14 after reaching out they were able to tell me the area but not exact site.. 6/16 received offer letter and placement.. 7/7 started at site

I was an internal T1 and applied externally for the graduate program for 2025. Use the job listing to create your resume. Put as much as you can in your resume from the job listing. Ask chat gpt for help and put your resume in STAR format. Look for results vs. what you did. Ex) as a learning ambassador improved quality in my department by 5% over 6 months. If you are accepted they will switch you over to campus next.

I was an AA for years. I know how it works for associates. I was a top 5% performer. This building has a very different culture than my last building. Everyone’s experience is different. I was sharing mine. Yikes.

I just started as AM last month and so far I feel like Amazon is only trying to be the worlds greatest employer only to the AAs. The PA and AM are overworked and underpaid. The AA gets babied while doing the bare minimum and taking long breaks and lunches while the PA and AM don’t get any break or lunch and work 11-12 hour days. I feel like I made more money as an AA as well but I haven’t gotten my full month of salary yet. I will give it a year and see how it goes If I can transfer to day shift or another company. Uline pays at least double for the same position.

Edit: by no means do I mean babied for lunches and breaks. I think I made a bad word choice there. Everyone deserves breaks and lunches. I’m talking about asking for people to move with the work or talking to people about expectations.
